Colacem Albania renews its Board of Directors

The Shareholders' Meeting of Colacem Albania Sh.p.k., a Financo Group company operating in cement production in Albania, has appointed the new Board of Directors.

The Board is composed of Pier Federico Baldinucci, Chairman, together with Pier Francesco Verdese and Marco Franceschetti, who serve as Directors.

With its production plant in Balldren, in the Lezhë district, Colacem Albania is a leading industrial company in the country's construction materials sector.
