CAT-COLACEM, first Tunisian cement company to obtain ISO 50001 certification
ISO 50001 is an international standard for energy management aimed at improving energy efficiency and reducing consumption.
CAT-COLACEM is proud to announce that it has obtained the international ISO 50001 certification (Energy Management System), which adds to the certifications already achieved in accordance with the international standards ISO 9001 (Quality), ISO 14001 (Environment), and ISO 45001 (Occupational Health and Safety). It is the first Tunisian company to reach this important milestone.
Issued by accredited national and international bodies, these certifications testify to CAT-COLACEM’s ongoing commitment to pursuing operational excellence, safeguarding the well-being of its employees, and promoting sustainable development.
