Colacem Rassina Plant: 2 years without accidents
An important milestone confirming the strength of our safety culture
On November 5th, the Colacem plant in Rassina (AR) celebrated a highly significant achievement: 730 consecutive days without accidents. This result brings great satisfaction to everyone involved and confirms that safety has truly become a fundamental pillar of our company’s way of working.
Reaching two years without accidents does not simply mean applying effective procedures or using updated technologies; it above all reflects the development of responsible, consistent, and aware behaviors. The true strength of this milestone lies in the commitment each person shows every day by choosing to act carefully and prudently—not only during operational activities but also in the simplest everyday actions. Because safety, in order to be effective and long-lasting, requires a cultural approach that goes beyond the boundaries of the plant and becomes a real way of thinking and living.
This mindset, promoted and strengthened through the “Colacem Sicuramente” project, has helped make prevention a shared, rooted, and natural habit. The result achieved in Rassina adds to the progress recorded in the Group’s other plants, confirming the solidity of a common path that brings together workers, technicians, managers, and the leadership team, enabling the achievement and maintenance of concrete results over time.
