Colacem Ghigiano Plant: one year without accidents
Ghigiano’s milestone adds to those recently achieved at other Colacem plants.
On 22 July 2026, the Colacem plant in Ghigiano achieved one full year of operations without any accidents.
This achievement was met with great satisfaction by all plant employees, whose commitment and daily attention contributed to reaching this important milestone.
Ghigiano’s achievement follows those recently reached at other Colacem plants and confirms the effectiveness of a safety programme that has been in place for several years. An important role is played by the Colacem Sicuramente project, specifically designed to influence individual, everyday behaviours and strengthen awareness that risk prevention also depends on each person’s choices and attention.
For Colacem, safety ranks first among the values that define its business ethics and is translated every day into shared responsibility and behaviours.
