CAT-Colacem renews its Board of Directors

The Shareholders' Meeting of CAT Colacem – Les Ciments Artificiels Tunisiens, a Financo Group company operating in the cement industry in Tunisia, has appointed a new Board of Directors.

The new Board, chaired by Andrea Salinelli, consists of Nunzio Tumino, General Manager, and Board Members Fabrizio Pedetta, Carlo Fanelli and Pierfrancesco Verdese.

Headquartered in Tunis, at its historic Djebel Djelloud cement plant, CAT Colacem is a well-established industrial company that combines the Group's international expertise with the skills and professionalism developed within the Tunisian context.

The renewal of the Board of Directors is part of this ongoing path of development and supports the Company's continued evolution, with the aim of further strengthening industrial excellence, safety, the sustainability of production processes, and dialogue with local communities.
