Portland Cement:  complies with the physical and chemical requirements specified in the standard EN-197-1 “Composition, specifications and conformity criteria for common cements”, and  with Dominican Technical Regulation/ ‘RTD 178 “ Hydraulic cements, Portland cements, specifications and classifications”. A product with constant quality, in a pure intense and stable white color.
