PERSONAL DATA PROCESSED

1-Personal data processed for Web-site operation purposes 

Computer systems and software procedures used to operate the Site acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. 4-Geolocation data

This Web-site can process data relating to your geographical location, in order to provide services based on the position itself. Most browsers and devices provide the user with some predefined tools aimed at preventing geo-tracking. Should the user have an expressly authorized geolocation, this Web-site might  receive information on his/her  actual geographical position.

When activated, the Application will acquire data related to your geographical position through GPS, Wi-FI, GSM network.

Geolocation services can be deactivated at any time, by accessing the specific authorization section for the location of the operating system of your device (Android or IOS). From that moment on, the Application will no longer be able to collect geolocation data for the use of services.

            b) natural and / or legal persons providing  various services to  the Company (e.g. providers of services  for Web-site  management, such as system outsourcers, companies dealing with internet connectivity services, etc.). These subjects may also operate as Data Processors;

            c) subjects and / or public and private bodies data will be communicated to,  in order to fulfill or require fulfillment of specific legal obligations, regulations, and community standards. These subjects will act as independent Data Controllers or Data Processors.

 

SUBJECTS AUTHORIZED TO CARRY OUT DATA PROCESSING

Data will be processed by employees, collaborators of the Company or external subjects, appointed as data processors, who perform technical and organizational tasks on the Web-site on the Company's behalf.

 

TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA TO EXTRA-EUROPEAN COMMUNITY COUNTRIES

Data is not to be transferred outside the European Union.

 

RIGHTS OF THE PERSON CONCERNED  - COMPLAINT TO CONTROL AUTHORITIES  

By contacting the Company   privacy@financo.it the person concerned  can ask the Company to access data concerning him / her, as well as their deletion,  correction of inaccurate data, integration of incomplete data, deletion of data,  limitation of data  processing in the cases provided for by art. 18 GDPR, and to oppose to the processing of data if carried out in the legitimate interest of the data controller.

Furthermore, if data processing is based on consent or on the contract and is carried out using automated tools, the person concerned shall have the right to receive such  data in a structured, commonly used and automatically readable format, as well as, if technically feasible, to transmit them to another data controller without any impediment.

The person concerned shall have the right to lodge a complaint to  the competent Supervisory Authority in the Member State in which he or she normally resides or works, or in the State where the alleged violation has occurred.
